Freedom is a skill.
The mechanics are ordinary and mostly untaught: a budget, a record you control, a civic process you can read. Workshops are free and nonpartisan. None are scheduled.

Purpose. Advance personal and economic freedom through education and practical civic tools. Mission. Run nonpartisan programs in financial literacy, digital self-reliance, and civic education. None of them is enrolling.

How money moves in a household: earning, saving, debt, and a budget. Forming.

Accounts, devices, and copies of your own records. Forming.
Civic education.
How to read a public meeting, a ballot measure, and a civic record. Forming.
Open knowledge archive.
Source documents and class notes, posted when they exist. Forming.
Nonpartisan. Transparent finances. No coercion. Voluntary participation.
First-principles world master builders
The freedom to build and explore is also a skill.
The foundation's subjects teach the ordinary mechanics of freedom. This mission carries them further, to people who want to build their own tools, explore new places and stay capable when the grid goes down.

Civilian access to space will open exploration to ordinary people, including starship cruise missions as a form of entertainment. Education here covers what that future involves and which skills prepare for it.

Open access to build and explore.
Free people should be able to learn, make and explore without being shut out by whoever controls the gate, whether that is a government office or a large company. We teach how open tools and public records work, without taking any partisan position.

Off-grid expedition and survival skills.
Water, power, shelter, navigation and first aid: skills a household can learn before an emergency, and the same skills any expedition depends on.

There is no cohort, no attendance count, and no testimonial. This block stays free of numbers until numbers exist.
Questions
Asked plainly.
Is this political?
No. The foundation is nonpartisan. It does not endorse candidates, parties, or ballot positions. Civic education here means how a process works, not whom to support.
What’s the catch?
There is no fee and no payment form. Participation, when a workshop exists, is voluntary. You are not asked to recruit anyone. The present limit is simpler: no workshop is scheduled, and this site does not store the address you type.
Who funds you?
No funder is listed, because no ledger is published. The foundation is forming. Donations are not being accepted. Figures will be posted when there is money to report. No tax-exempt status is claimed.

Why we build
Perlas Foundation teaches the ordinary mechanics of freedom: a budget, a record you control, a civic process you can read. Its founder's long-term frame, offered as his view: the brightening Sun gives Earth roughly a billion habitable years (solar-model estimate), and the freedom to build and explore is the same freedom a spacefaring civilization will depend on. Programs are nonpartisan. Donations are not open, and no tax-exempt status is claimed.
